      Professional Experience

      Aimeé O'Leary is a director of project fulfillment for Robert Half Legal's consulting solutions practice. Ms. O'Leary joined the company in 2010 as a project fulfillment manager. Previously, she worked as counsel for First American Exchange Company in Minneapolis where she managed real estate closings and transactions.

      Areas of Expertise

      Ms. O'Leary works with Robert Half Legal offices across the enterprise to deliver operational and technology solutions for eDiscovery and document review projects. This includes quickly and efficiently recruiting highly-skilled legal professionals to ensure a tightly managed review and supervising the use of best practices to boost productivity and meet clients' discovery deadlines.

      Relevant Experience

      During her position as counsel with First American Exchange Company, Ms. O'Leary developed and implemented a new corporate compliance system to accurately report 1031 exchanges and closing practices. She also worked for several years for Target Corp. where she supervised merchant and analyst teams to plan and execute their business segments, and was active in recruiting and training new analysts.
